We offer many different services through our company that deal with scientific equipment for many fields. Below are the services we offer. We hope to be the one stop shop for all of your scientific equipment installation/modification/servicing needs.
Equipment Installation
We may be from the Western New York area, but we will install your equipment anywhere in the 48 continental states! Prompt installation, finished within whatever time frame that is agreed upon.
We supply our own tools and enough manpower to get these machines in place, set and leveled, and installed within a reasonable time, and in a quality manner.
Used Equipment Install
It doesn't always have to be new equipment that we install for you, we can install used equipment too! If you're interested in the used equipment route, contact us for further information.
Modular Wall Install
We custom build modular walls to blend these machines right into the wall! Cover up the utilities on your machines with a beautiful stainless steal modular wall. We place access panels, as well as doors where needed for maintenance purposes.
Since these walls are made to order, they always fit perfectly, look great, and provides a barrier between your machines vital and dangerous parts, and the everyday user.
Tear-outs
If you are replacing old equipment, we offer tear-out services to remove the old unit. We take every precaution when removing the old unit to not damage anything on the way out. Running facilities are no problem either.
Equipment Modification
When it comes to modifying pre-existing machines, we can do a few different things depending on your needs. We can convert from electrical/mechanical machine to a pneumatic one.
There are PLC upgrades, programming upgrades, and we can even retrofit a new or used machine to fit into a pre-existing hole or pit. Welding is done on site.
Equipment Servicing
We can provide excellent service to these machines. Preventative maintenance is available, as are machine inspections. Servicing contracts are available and would outline the services desired of us much more efficiently.
Retro Fitting
If you are in need of a new machine, but need it to be fitted to the same spot another machine had previously been, we can modify the pit/install site to make the new machine fit and work properly. Check out the retro fitting page to see an example of this service.
